Mentorship & Guidance

Each intern or team may be paired with a mentor who may guide them through the three stages of the program. Mentors may conduct periodic reviews, provide feedback, and evaluate performance based on the Skills Certification Matrix.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the program, interns are expected to gain direct experience or exposure in the following areas:

  • Multi-domain experience – spanning design, architecture, development, and deployment.

  • Team collaboration and cross-time-zone communication skills – working effectively with distributed teams.

  • Portfolio-ready project development – creating projects that demonstrate technical depth and creativity.

  • Certifications and skill badges – validating the specific achievements and competencies acquired during the internship.

Important Note: This is an unpaid internship intended for learning and professional development. Successful completion of the internship and awarded certifications do not constitute a job offer, but serve as recognition of demonstrated capability and commitment.

Intern Commitment & Conduct

To ensure a productive and professional internship experience, all interns are expected to uphold the following commitments and standards of conduct:

1. Attendance and Participation

  • Interns should actively participate in all scheduled meetings, reviews, and assigned project sessions.

  • Absences must be communicated to the mentor or program coordinator in advance.

  • Weekly updates or progress summaries are expected from each intern or team.

2. Deliverables and Accountability

  • Interns are responsible for completing assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

  • Work should be original, well-documented, and aligned with project objectives.

  • All deliverables must be reviewed and approved by the assigned mentor or technical lead.
