Becoming a Trusted Partner

The evaluation process begins once a potential partner has expressed clear interest in collaborating with Quasortech.

Confirmation of Interest

Quasortech engages the prospective partner in a pilot evaluation engagement to help both parties assess mutual compatibility.

This stage allows Quasortech to:

  • Assess the partner’s interest, strengths, and focus areas.

  • Understand the partner’s methods of operation (MO) and collaboration practices.

  • Evaluate their technical capability, communication quality, and delivery reliability.

 

This engagement enables both Quasortech and the partner to determine how effectively they can work together.

Pilot Evaluation Engagement

Based on the pilot outcomes, Quasortech performs an internal review to:

  • Tailor recommendations for 3rd-party vendor collaborations.

  • Decide whether to pursue a medium or long term partnership.

  • Evaluate whether the partner qualifies as a Trusted Partner.

The assessment considers factors such as:

  • Technical and delivery capability

  • Strategic alignment and professionalism

  • Collaboration quality and ethical standards

Internal Assessment by Quasortech

If the assessment is favorable:

  • The partner is formally recognized as a Trusted Partner.

  • Partner details are collected for listing on the Trusted Partners page at quasortech.com.

  • Both parties decide whether the partner will pursue KA Product Model Framework Certification.

    • If yes, Quasortech provides the required training and certification.

To formalize this relationship, a short Trusted Partner Agreement may be established outlining:

  • Roles and responsibilities

  • Use of Quasortech branding and logos

  • Confidentiality and compliance expectations

Trusted Partner Designation

Once recognized, Trusted Partners may collaborate with Quasortech through one or more of the following engagement models:

  • Referral Model – Quasortech introduces the partner to potential clients who engage directly under their own contracts.

  • Joint Delivery Model – Quasortech and the partner jointly bid and deliver projects, with one party serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client.

  • Prime–Subcontractor Model – Quasortech may act as the primary contractor, with the Trusted Partner functioning as a subcontractor for specific project components.

Modes of Engagement

Trusted Partner status is reviewed periodically - typically once a year or after major joint engagements, to ensure continued alignment and performance.

During this review, Quasortech:

  • Reassesses partner capabilities and delivery performance.

  • Evaluates feedback from projects and clients.

  • Recommends additional training or updates if necessary.

 

Feedback from both Quasortech teams and partners helps continuously refine the partnership framework and maintain high standards of collaboration.

Periodic Review and Continuous Improvement

Active and certified Trusted Partners are featured on the Quasortech Trusted Partners page, including:

  • Partner name, logo, and expertise summary

  • KA Product Model Certification badge (if applicable)

  • Link to the partner’s website or case studies

 

This public recognition reinforces mutual trust, credibility, and shared commitment to excellence.
